│ About OneMIP

OneMIP is the new content showcase and year-round professional networking platform from RX France, the organizer of MIPCOM, MIPTV, MIP Cancun, and MIP China. OneMIP gives to the TV industry a year-round access to its community of buyers, distributors, producers and a truly global showcase of fresh TV programmes as they are released.

OneMIP makes it easy to

  • identify relevant contacts and programmes,
  • access high value analytics and insights
  • efficiently prepare, manage and follow up participation to face-to-face events.

OneMIP members can also register digitally for our MIP events: this allows and you and your company to be listed in the event directories and give you access to those directories and conferences replays. Pro and Enterprise companies will also be able to showcase content in the event content directory.

To celebrate the launch of OneMIP, members of our MIP community of TV professionals get a unique opportunity to try OneMIP freely, through a BETA access, only accessible for a limited period of time.

Once the beta access is over, to continue OneMIP experience, one will need to purchase a package. 

Beta users cannot register digitally for our MIP events for free. To register digitally to MIPTV or other MIP events, you must subscribe to OneMIP through OneMIP website or directly by writing to registration.onemip@rxglobal.com

OneMIP host year-round content spotlights to engage our community of TV professionals around specific topics such as unscripted format, focus on content from Middle East, Russia and Africa, streaming and OTT services. Some world premiere screenings are also take place digitally on the platform.

Platform capabilities are constantly evolving, and new features are added regularly.

│ Getting started on OneMIP

Updating your profile helps other OneMIP members find you through their searching criteria. OneMIP allows you to update your information regularly, instantly letting everyone in your audience know what's new in your world and where to find you.

There are two ways to update your profile: 

1. Through the navigation panel on the top of each page by clicking “My profile”.

2. On Participant directory page, by clicking on “Edit my profile”.

Then edit the section using the  button.

About me:  please provide a short description of your current role and expectations for anyone who would like to get in touch with you.

Your country / region:  please indicate the country where you are based.

Your main activity: please select an activity / job function within one of the following categories by clicking on the + button then tick one box

Your programme genres:  please select one or more subgenre that you are interested in,  within one or more of the following genres by clicking on the + button or the  box.

Your sales or acquisition territories: As a seller, please indicate the geographical rights that are under your responsibility.  As a buyer, please indicate the country or region for which you are acquiring content. This data is key to the distribution industry to target buyers or sellers that have a responsibility in selling or buying content in that region or country.

What sales or acquisition territories are you targeting? Please indicate the countries or regions in which you would like to focus at this moment.

What participant are you willing to meet? You can indicate what type of job function you are most interested to meet. Please select an activity within one of the following categories by clicking on the + button then tick up to 5 boxes.

What genres are you targeting? Please indicate the genres in which you would like to focus at this moment.

Once you are done, click the save button.

Fields with an asterix are mandatory.

Please note that only Company Administrators are able to set up and update the company page. 

There are two ways to update your Company page.

Company administrators have been nominated when registering, and are the ones allowed to update their company page and upload content. 

You can change or add more Company Administrators among the members related to your company on OneMIP. Please note they need to be already registered (and part of the Participant Directory of the platform). 

From “Company Profile” go to “Company Administrators” then click on “Add company Administrator” and enter the email address of the person you want to assign this role to. 

│Doing business on OneMIP platform

OneMIP is a great place to identify relevant business partners.

Companies can be found through the search bar in the Company Directory, using company name or keywords. To refine your search, you can use filters.

  • With content: companies that are showcasing content on OneMIP

Furthermore, companies are classified through information provided in their company profile, that includes company country, company activity, and company genres.

OneMIP members can be found through the search bar in the Participant directory, using company name, participant name or keywords. To refine your search, you can use filters.

  • MIP Buyer: members that are either Content Buyers, Carriage Deal Buyer, Commissioners or Investors

Furthermore, members are classified through information provided in their participant profile, that includes participant activity, genres, territories of acquisition/sales and more.

Programmes and projects can be found through the search bar in the Content Directory, using company name, programme name or keywords from the synopsis.

Furthermore, content is classified through information provided by the rights-holder that includes Production Status, Genre, Year of release, Theme, Length, Number of episodes, Audience and more. Through the Content Directory it is possible to screen directly a specific video by clicking on the PLAY button. 

OneMIP members can also register digitally for our MIP events: this allows and you and your company to be listed in the event directories and give you access to those directories and conferences replays. Pro and Enterprise companies will also be able to showcase content in the event content directory. 

OneMIP is a great place to gain visibility, showcase your programmes and projects - synopsis and trailers - to the biggest buyer community and generate new leads and sales opportunities.

With OneMIP, you can promote your company and network to the biggest buyer community in the TV industry.

To do so, you can

OneMIP has been designed to fulfill buyers’ needs. You can use a wide range of filters and advanced search criteria to help you find the best content according to your acquisition strategy.

Through the Content Directory or directly from the Distributor / Producer page, you can discover content relevant to you and check associated detailed information as well as screen the promo video or trailer attached to it.

If you need more information on the programme or project, and want to be contacted by the seller, you can either:

  • Click on the “Request a callback” button on the seller company page to show your interest.
  • Or contact directly the seller executive in charge of sales territories for the programme/ project you are interested in. A chat functionality is available to contact them by clicking on their profile, then “Send a message”.

You can shortlist the programmes and projects you are interested in by clicking on “Add to My Plan” and find them later on your ShowPlanner space.  

Furthermore, check the Industry Insights section to get latest trends on content globally.

Your contact details are displayed by default (the same you have filled in when registering). If you want to hide them, go to “My profile”,  click on the pen picto, then click on “Change” and save the update. 

To change your e-mail address, go to “My profile”, click on the pen picto, then click on “Change” and save the update. Enter the new e-mail address you would like to use and save your changes.

You need to be the company administrator of your company to add programmes and projects to the Content Directory.

Once the beta access is over, to continue OneMIP experience you will need to purchase one of the above packages.

After the beta period, you can purchase one of our packages to get access for one year to OneMIP. See below the advantages included with each package:

The free beta version of OneMIP gives access to all OneMIP directories and features. However, to be present digitally at MIP events like MIPTV, you must be a full subscriber member of OneMIP.

Please make sure you enter products in order that you would like them to be displayed on the “Gallery of products and services” from your Company Page. The first 3 products added will be those programmes and projects displayed here, but also directly in the Company Directory. 

│Company Administrator on OneMIP platform

1. Through the navigation panel on the top of each page by clicking “Company profile” OR “Company Hub”

2. On Participant directory page, by clicking on “Edit company details”

Then edit the section using the  button.

To set up your company page you can add :

  • a logo (recommended size 180x180px , max. 1MB)
  • a banner (recommended size 600x150px, max 1MB)
  • a description and contact information
  • the segmentation information of your company
  • content (check next page for complete details)
  • documents (PDF format, max size 5 MB per file)
  • the sponsor category if you have a premium package

IMPORTANT: The company directory has enhanced filter and searching capabilities, those are used by members to search for specific companies or territories, based on profile data.

Companies which showcase Programmes and Projects on their company page in OneMIP gets 2x higher visibility than average. This possibility is reserved for companies who subscribed to Pro and Enterprise Packages.

The “Gallery of products and services” section from the Company profile allows you to showcase your Programmes & Projects on your company page.  

Products can be added through the button “+ Add product”.

The number of products you can add depends on your package : 0 for Individual / 5 for Pro / 50 for Premium.  You can delete and add new Programmes as required, throughout the year, to match your company current objectives.

The content directory has enhanced filter and searching capabilities that are used by buyers to find content. There are a large number of data that can be input to describe best your content, and be sure to get visibility in search results.

Guidelines for the image is 472x472px (square format).

Fields with a star (*) are mandatory.

Additionally, for each Programme or Project, you can upload a video (trailer, promotional film, project presentation etc..).  Please make sure you publish the video else it won’t be visible in the product page.

Video Editorial rules for screening at MIPCOM:

  • Videos should be dubbed or sub-titled in English, to be understandable by international buyers.
  • No advertising, before, during or after the video.
  • No blank sections.
  • No test patterns or countdowns at the start of the video.
  • Please ensure you own or have the owner’s consent to use this video.

To add a video click on “UPLOAD VIDEO FILE”.

Once your video file uploaded, the system will automatically encode it. It might take from several seconds to several hours depends on the size of your video and your internet connection.

  • Do not close the product page while video uploading process is in progress.
  • Once the video upload is 100% completed click SAVE to save your video product.
  • Once the video file is 100% uploaded and product saved, video processing will continue in the background. You will then be able to close the page and add another product.
  • Please check regularly on your content page if the video process has succeeded. Keep in mind that the processing can take at most 24 hours.
  • If an error has appeared for your video file, you will need to delete the video. Click on the black bin picto next to the video file link to do so.
  • The blue bin picto below will delete the content page entirely (information/ photo / video).

Guidelines for the video is .mpg .mpeg .m4v .mp4 .mov .wmv .avi .flv .mkv format, max. 8GB. 

You can add more Company Administrators among the members of your company on OneMIP. Please note they need to be already registered (and part of the Participant Directory of the platform).

They will be then able to fulfill exactly the same role as you do.

From “Company Profile” go to “Company Administrators” then click on “Add company Administrator” and enter the email address of the person you want to assign this role.

The Company hub is available through the navigation panel on the top of each page .

From this page, you can:

  • Edit your company profile page
  • Download your leads (companies with content only) by clicking on “Emperia, Lead Capture Services”
  • Access your « Company Dashboard » and analytics regarding your company’s activity on the platform by clicking on “Exhibitor Dashboard”

You can monitor and export your leads by clicking on « Leads » brick of the Company Hub.

A lead is a OneMIP member that either watched one of your videos or clicked on « Contact Me» CTA of your company page.

Provided Data includes contact details such as email and phone number along with name, first name, job title and company name.

OneMIP brings visibility to your company and the Company dashboard provides relevant analytics

  • Number of company profile views
  • Number of page views for your company’s content (Product) pages
  • Number of times your company / content (products) / members (participants registered under your company) are favourited by other members
  • Number of clicks on company website

Furthermore, the dashboard provides an analysis on the leads collected for your company. A lead is a OneMIP member that either watched one of your videos or clicked on « Contact Me» CTA of your company page.

 One can classify the leads by typology, by job function (participant activity) or by genre (participant genre).
